Tracey
Tracey has a client-centred approach utilising a range of approaches based on each individual client’s needs including a range of creative therapies approaches, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Tracey enjoys working with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan in a variety of settings over the past 29 years. She has extensive experience with a variety of complex trauma, chronic pain, disability, parenting strategies, and a range of mental health conditions. Tracey works in a client-centred approach alongside her clients to ensure the best outcome for their specific needs focused on their growth and skill development to meet their needs.
Tracey brings a warm, friendly approach and is empathic supportive, and non-judgemental. She is extremely passionate about providing therapy that is supportive, positive, and genuinely effective in supporting people to achieve their goals to maximise the benefit of their therapy sessions.
