Paula is a compassionate, trauma-informed and strength-based provisional psychologist with a background in Mental Health, Functional Recovery and Behaviour Support. Paula’s integrative therapeutic approach, which she personalises to each client, includes Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy.
Paula enjoys working across all ages however, she is especially passionate about working with adolescents, young
adults, and their families.
Paula creates a supportive, non-judgmental and collaborative environment to explore presenting concerns, identify therapeutic goals, and find practical solutions to increase wellbeing, resilience, and quality of life.
Outside of work hours, Paula enjoys being in nature and loves getting out camping, hiking, and finding waterfalls.
