Paula

Paula is a passionate, strengths-based provisional psychologist. She has worked across a range of mental health conditions, with trauma, chronic health issues, and memory difficulties. Paula particularly enjoys working with those from different cultures and First Nations peoples.

Bringing a warm, friendly, positive approach to sessions, Paula works collaboratively with clients to identify what is important to them, supporting them to achieve their goals. Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, play and nature-based approaches, and the Australian First Nations Social and Emotional Well-Being framework. She enjoys working across all ages, and particularly enjoys working with children, young people, and their families.

Outside of work hours, Paula loves discovering and enjoying Country, walking in nature, interior design and restoring houses.
