Previously, Ashleigh has served as a youth worker and case manager in out-of-home residential care settings, working closely with children and adolescents. She has also contributed in areas of complex mental health, offering support to clients across the lifespan and from diverse cultural backgrounds. Ashleigh finds fulfilment in helping people discover their inherent value and navigate the world with newfound confidence, ultimately empowering them to live their best life.

Passionate about guiding young people and their families, she is passionate about addressing issues related to anxiety, body image, disordered eating, perfectionism, and low self-worth. Ashleigh is committed to making a positive impact on the mental health landscape.
