Specialities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. Sarah has a special interest in providing supports for clients dealing with alcohol and other substance additictions. She also has a keen interest in PTSD and other traumic disorders.
She creates a space to safely process, without judgement, and nurtures the courage to be imperfect. Sarah enjoys working with individuals of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. With a special interest working with teens’ and adolescents impacted by a mental health condition compounded by drug and alcohol use. Sarah’s uses a person centred, strength-based approach and works in collaboration with clients to pursue their therapeutic goals, identify and build on their strengths in order to live their best lives possible.
