Provisional Psychologist

Amy completed her Bachelor of Psychology with Honours at Griffith University. She is currently a provisionally registered psychologist.

Amy has experience working with a diverse range of clients which she gained from early career experience in the occupational rehabilitation and return to work sector and, more recently, working across the lifespan in a range of settings. Amy has worked with and supported clients with chronic pain and disability, catastrophic injury, ongoing workplace difficulties, anxiety and depression, and relationship and adjustment difficulties.

Amy brings a warm, client-centred approach to her therapy, and is empathic, supportive and non-judgmental.  She is well equipped to assist clients to reach their goals, and to reconnect with a positive mindset by adopting a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy, positive behaviour support, and schema and attachment frameworks.
